Admin Officer
Role Overview:
Ensure all candidates meet UK regulatory and client compliance before placement. Strong English communication, attention to detail, and multitasking skills required.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Verify candidate documents (ID, right-to-work, references, background checks).
Monitor and assign mandatory training (Fire Safety, Infection Control, etc.).
Guide candidates through compliance steps and maintain records in ATS.
Liaise with candidates for missing documents and prepare compliance reports.
Work with recruitment team for timely onboarding.
Stay updated on UK compliance regulations.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Experience in Candidate Resourcing, Compliance, or Recruitment preferred.
Excellent English (written & spoken).
Detail-oriented, organized, able to meet deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office; ATS/CRM experience is a plus.
Professional and ethical.
