Recruitment Business Development
Job Responsibilities
Lead client acquisition and business growth across Healthcare, Hospitality, and Facilities Management sectors in the UK
Identify, research, and engage potential clients to build a strong pipeline of business opportunities
Build and maintain long-term client relationships as the primary point of contact for partnerships and service delivery
Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and service presentations; negotiate to secure new business
Collaborate closely with recruitment and operations teams to align staffing solutions with client requirements
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business expansion opportunities
Provide regular sales and performance reports to senior management with actionable insights
Guide and support team members (Recruiters / Virtual Assistants) to ensure business objectives are met
Foster a professional, client-focused culture to ensure service excellence and consistent delivery
Represent the company in virtual meetings, networking events, and client presentations
Requirements
Proven experience in Business Development or recruitment sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and meet targets
